PASSI MARINE SURVEYORS AND CONSULTANTS LLC had been conceived in 1997 by Capt. R. K. Passi, who has been the Managing Partner and General Manager of the company, ever since. The Company was established and is being operated in accordance with the rules and regulations of The Department of Economic Development, Government of Dubai, United Arab Emirates and proudly celebrates year after year of successful service to our local and international clientele all across the Shipping, Marine and Insurance industries.
The Company, as well as Capt. Passi, since the inception of former, have been duly approved and certified by the Insurance Authority of the U.A.E. Government to practice as Surveyors / Loss Adjusters and carry out Vessel Inspections. The Company is registered with the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry and approved by Dubai Ports World and other Port Authorities of the United Arab Emirates to practice its intended activities.
